Chicago and North Shore communities are the focus of my real estate business, though clients and networks connect me to other communities surrounding Chicago and elsewhere throughout the United States. All connections and referrals are business and very much appreciated.
Work experience, formal education and professional skills in statistics, research and analysis enable me to identify patterns in property values and anticipate future trends that assist sellers, buyers and developers in setting price, negotiating price and marketing their homes and developments. As a Member of the Lake County Board of Review for nine years, I gained a well-grounded understanding of the relationships among levy, assessment, tax rate and property tax, of interest to all property owners; and, most importantly, I use this knowledge to address property value and property tax concerns my clients may have.
Beyond the objective metrics in the transfer of property, I understand the importance of seeing a property through a client's eyes and attend to the subjective components of selling and buying one's home.
